Benjamin Haynes came to me late last year with one request, to help him build an outstanding web presence. We developed an excellent site for him at BenjaminHaynes.com where he has one of the best looking/performing legal sites on the web. We worked fervently to deliver first-page ranking for Ben on Google, Yahoo! and Bing search engines. His site was a resounding success, and his practice was booming. He went on to win the prestigious 30 under 30 award and went into business with his partner Daniel DePaz, also an ECC Client and success story.
Benjamin has extensive experience in criminal appeals, civil appeals, post-conviction relief, real estate law, sports and entertainment law, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Benjamin has represented several small and large businesses in various contractual disputes and trademark applications. Further, Benjamin has represented several homeowners in defending foreclosure actions. Mr. Haynes is an experienced litigator, as he has attended over 500 hearings, 200 non-jury trials, evidentiary hearings and over 50 mediations.
Benjamin takes a competitive and aggressive approach to law. This competitive nature stems from Mr. Haynes’ college basketball career at Oral Roberts University. While at Oral Roberts, Benjamin played in two NCAA tournament games. Benjamin is an author on Sportinlaw.com, and contributes to Sportsagentblog.com and Forbes quite often as well. Benjamin is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Orange County (Orlando area) Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division, Florida Coastal School of Law Alumni Association and the Sports Lawyers National Association. He is licensed in the State of Florida where he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.
